Receptionist

About the Role

Becoming a Foundations Therapy Receptionist includes:


  • Heading up the front desk to greet patients and their family(ies)

  • Scheduling appointments, including rescheduling

  • Answering the telephone

  • Keeping the clinic clean, including sanitizing chairs, doors, etc.

  • Following company guidelines on document preparation, collection and scanning

  • Preparing copies as needed for the therapists

  • Ordering supplies

  • Posting copays and payments

  • Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as various clinic management software

Requirements

Knowledge of and practical experience with Microsoft Office products
A willingness to learn new things
Adaptability to clinic routines
